Return policy:
Please note that Leabox letterboxes are custom made. We cannot grant you a right of return for any custom-made products.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, Letterbox24 grants a 100-day return policy for 1- to 3-box mailboxes. Within the 100 days after the delivery date, the letterboxes must be returned to us in full. The letterbox or the 2-way or 3-way letterbox system must be returned undamaged. Any shipping costs incurred for the return will be borne by the buyer.
