Features and equipment of the letterbox:

A Leabox surface-mounted letterbox system can be installed on any wall indoors or outdoors. There is no need to structurally interfere with its masonry. For office buildings and apartment buildings, the LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12 compartments) with up to 12 boxes can be selected.
The box of the surface-mounted letterbox in RAL colours is made of environmentally friendly powder paint and galvanised sheet steel. The LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12 compartments) is made of high-quality material and is corrosion-protected, scratch-resistant and weatherproof.
A practical feature of the surface-mounted letterbox is its easy installation. Subsequent installation or replacement of the letterbox is also simple. Furthermore, a surface-mounted letterbox can also be mounted on thermally insulated facades (the special dowel for this is not included in the delivery).
When mounting Leabox surface-mounted letterbox systems on house walls, the corresponding recommendations of the anchor manufacturers must be observed depending on the wall composition. For houses with thermal insulation, make sure that no cold bridges are created by the fastening screws (use special wall insulation plugs for this if necessary). For the calculation of the total weight of the units, at least 4.5 kg per compartment should be calculated.
The noise-reducing flap on the front panel avoids disturbing noise when inserting mail. The rubber studs on the back of the flap ensure that it closes quietly. The LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12 compartments) has integrated removal protection. Your mail is thus protected from unauthorised removal.
Finally, a small care tip: To ensure that you enjoy your Leabox surface-mounted letterbox for a long time, regular care and cleaning is important. The best way to clean your LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12-compartment) is to treat all surfaces with a solution of warm water and a non-abrasive, PH-neutral cleaner. No acidic, oxide-dissolving or acetone-containing cleaning agents should be used, as these attack the surface of the letterbox. For the gentlest possible cleaning, it is best to use a soft cloth or sponge.
DIN standard:
The LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12-compartment) is produced in accordance with letterbox standard DIN 13724. This means that large C4 envelopes and catalogues fit easily through the slot and do not protrude from the surface-mounted letterbox.
Choice of colours, materials and extensions:
The LEABOX surface-mounted letterbox system - LEA3 (1-12-compartment) in RAL colours can also be found in our shop in a stainless steel version. If you have other colour requirements, these can be produced as special orders and you can then choose from over 200 different RAL colours. Return policy:
Please note that Leabox letterboxes are custom made. We cannot grant you a right of return for any custom-made products.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, Letterbox24 grants a 100-day return policy for 1- to 3-box mailboxes. The letterboxes must be returned to us in full within the 100 days after the day of delivery. The letterbox or the 2-way or 3-way letterbox system must be returned undamaged. Any shipping costs incurred for the return will be borne by the buyer.
