Features and equipment of the mailbox

With our XXL pass-through mailbox with speaking screen and camera in RAL, you get enough volume and functionality that you can enjoy for many years to come. The D-241 box is completely recessed into the wall. Only the removal door and the front panel with the camera are visible.

The depth of the XXL pass-through mailbox with speaking screen and camera in RAL can be continuously adjusted according to your wishes. Thus, the slanted mailbox is suitable for walls from 23 to 38 cm. Of course, depending on the depth set, the volume of space also varies from 15.2 to 25.1 liters.

To enable normal video/audio communication, the following electronic modules are usually sufficient:

• Camera (already mounted)
• Audio module (already mounted)
• System control panel (can be ordered optionally)
• video indoor station (available separately under electronics)

Depending on the type of cabling and other conditions on site, further additional modules may be required. We therefore always recommend prior consultation with your local electrician.

For the integration of tablets or smartphones with the Welcome app, the IP gateway can be purchased additionally.

The damped insertion flap means that there is no disturbing noise when mail is inserted into the D-241 pass-through mailbox. A removal protection is installed at the mail slot. Curious fingers are thus kept away from your mail. The variable door hinges on the removal door allow you to decide for yourself in which direction the door should open. These can be easily detached and mounted on the other side. The bell button is vandalism-proof. The nameplate is illuminated.

DIN standard

The box and the slot are DIN 13724 compliant. This means that large C4 envelopes can be inserted into the pass-through mailbox without damage.
