Features and equipment of the letterbox

The wall mailbox in stainless steel D-042 is suitable for medium-strong walls. The combination of the functionality of a wall mailbox and the classic look of the front panel are convincing to the full extent. The inclined shape of the box creates a larger volume than with a straight box in this wall thickness. The mail glides down through the slant to the removal door. Thus your mail is immediately available for you.

The body of the wall mailbox in stainless steel D-042 is made of powder-coated and galvanized sheet steel. The front panel and the removal door are made of solid V2A stainless steel. The materials are rustproof and can withstand the weather for many years.

A particularly practical feature of the wall mailbox in stainless steel is to be emphasised. The mail is posted on the street side, outside your property, and can be removed from the inside of your wall. This means that no postman has to enter your premises and you do not have to leave them.

For the D-042 wall mailbox in stainless steel can be selected from 4 different front panels (with bell and name plate, with 2 bells and name plates, only with name plate and without name plate). You specify the desired variation when ordering.

Our note: The second bell does not necessarily have to be used as an apartment bell. You or your electrician can also wire the push-button as a light switch, for example.
The depth of the through wall letterbox in stainless steel can be individually changed. The box body is divided into 2 parts. The further the two parts are pushed apart, the depth of the wall mailbox changes from 33 to 48 cm. The volume thus varies from 10.9 to 15.8 litres. The box parts are fixed with a supplied aluminium adhesive tape. The D-042 stainless steel wall mailbox is perfectly suitable for a single family household.

With the D-042 stainless steel wall mailbox there is no annoying noise from a rattling flap. A rubber lip on the back of the flap closes it quietly.

The wall mailbox in stainless steel has an integrated removal protection. Your mail cannot be removed by unauthorized persons with the help of this protection.
The hinges can be adapted to your local conditions. After simply unscrewing the hinges, they can be attached to the other side.

As the bells are vandal-proof, their longevity is assured.
DIN NormThe D-042 through wall letterbox in stainless steel is produced in accordance with the letterbox standard DIN 13724. Due to the corresponding dimensions of the mailbox, large envelopes and catalogues fit into it. The letterbox is so deep and wide that the usual post does not protrude.

Colour, material selection and extensions

The D-042 wall letterbox in stainless steel is also available in our shop in black (RAL 9005) and anthracite (RAL 7016). Even other colour wishes can be realised as special orders. The model can also be produced with additional push buttons, name plates or illuminated finger switches.
