Features and equipment of the letterbox

The B-042 pass-through letterbox in stainless steel convinces with its typical appearance, its spaciousness and easy installation. The wall hole for mounting is laid horizontally. This is much less complicated than installing an angled letterbox. The letterbox is particularly robust due to the installation method of a pass-through letterbox and the V2A stainless steel material of the front panel and the removal door. The box is made of galvanised and powder-coated sheet steel.

Your mail can be deposited outside your property. No mail carrier has to enter your property. You can conveniently remove the mail from the back of your mailbox within your property.

Our B-042 pass-through mailbox in stainless steel is available with different front panels (with bell and name plate, with 2 bells and name plates, only with name plate and without name plate). The second bell does not necessarily have to be used as an apartment bell. You or your electrician can also wire the pushbutton as a light pushbutton, for example.

The depth of the pass-through letterbox in stainless steel can be variably adjusted. You can adjust the depth individually to your wall thickness by sliding in or out both parts of the box. Your desired depth is fixed with an aluminium adhesive tape. This is included in the delivery. Thus, the B-042 pass-through letterbox in stainless steel covers wall thicknesses from 39 to 62 cm. The volume of the letterbox (12.8 to 20.4 litres) is sufficient for one to two-family households.

The dampened flap on the B-042's stainless steel pass-through letterbox avoids the noise of flaps. The integrated removal protection on the inside of the mailbox protects your personal mail from unauthorised removal. You can decide the opening direction of the removal door yourself by means of exchangeable hinges. The hinges only have to be loosened and screwed again on the other side. Our stainless steel bell buttons are vandal-proof.

DIN standard

The box and the insert comply with letterbox standard DIN 13724. Large envelopes and catalogues fit easily through the flap and do not protrude from the letterbox.
