Features and equipment of the letterbox

With our pass-through letterbox with speech screen and bell in RAL, you get enough space and functionality that you can enjoy for many years to come. The B-042 box is completely built into the wall. Only the removal door and the front panel with the intercom field are visible. Your wall is visually rounded off by this classic pass-through letterbox.

The depth of the pass-through letterbox with speech screen and bell in RAL can be variably adjusted according to your wishes. This makes the straight letterbox suitable for walls from 39 to 62 cm. Depending on the depth set, the volume naturally also varies between 12.8 and 20.4 litres. Behind the intercom panel is a box for the electronics of your intercom system. Any commercially available intercom system fits in it. The security screws on the front panel allow you to easily remove it and access the electronics. The matching special bit is included in the delivery. This makes it easy to install and maintain your letterbox. Please note that the electronics of the intercom system for the B-042 pass-through letterbox with speech screen and bell are not included in the offer. If you are interested in an intercom system, we can recommend our intercom set. This set includes the audio module, the control unit and an indoor station.

Thanks to the rubberised insertion flap, there is no disturbing noise when inserting mail into the B-042 pass-through letterbox. A removal protection is installed at the mail slot. Curious hands are thus kept away from your mail. The variable door hinges on the removal door allow you to decide for yourself in which direction the door should open. These can be easily detached and mounted on the other side. The bell buttons are vandalism-proof. The nameplates are illuminated.

DIN standard

The box and the slot are DIN 13724 compliant. This means that large C4 envelopes can be inserted into the pass-through letterbox without folds or creases.

Similar to the B-042 pass-through letterbox with speaking screen and bell in RAL 7016, we can also offer you our B-04 pass-through letterbox with speaking screen and bell in stainless steel. This is identical in construction to the B-042 except for the depth. The B-04 has a fixed depth of 385 mm.
