Any commercially available intercom system can be installed in the electric box behind it. The F-042 XXL through wall letterbox in stainless steel with intercom is suitable for particularly strong walls that the standard F-04 can no longer cover. Due to the angled shape of the letterbox you get a lot of space for your mail. The angled shape also makes it difficult for unauthorised persons to steal your mail. The XXL through wall letterbox in stainless steel with intercom is suitable for a one- or two-family household.
The box of the F-042 XXL through wall letterbox in stainless steel with intercom is made of 2 parts. These are infinitely variable until you have your desired depth. The letterbox can be used for wall thicknesses from 26 to 40 cm. When the box is fully extended, the F-042 has a designated volume of 39.6 litres. You can fix the desired depth with the supplied aluminium adhesive tape.

Our note: Even if you only need one bell push button, the additional button could be useful. This can also be assigned another function. Wired as a light switch or door opener, you increase the added value of your letterbox.
The mailbox F-042 XXL through wall letterbox in stainless steel with intercom is made of powder-coated and galvanized sheet steel. After installation, the body is completely protected by the wall. The front panel and the removal door are made of corrosion-resistant V2A stainless steel. With the help of 4 safety screws on the front panel, it can easily be removed from the front. You will receive a special bit with the delivery. Therefore you can connect the electronics at any time.
A through wall letterbox is intended for mounting in a wall or a gate pillar, usually at the house or property entrance. The box receives a long durability by the installation. DIN standard
The F-042 XXL through wall Letterbox in stainless steel with intercom was manufactured according to the letterbox standard DIN 13724. Large C4 envelopes and catalogues fit through the slot without any problems. Since the shape of the F-042 is angular, your mail falls over the horizontal piece into the deep box and is thus completely disappearing in the letterbox.
Colour, material selection and extensions
At your request we can manufacture the F-042 XXL through wall Letterbox in stainless steel with intercom also in RAL colours. Additional buttons or name plates are also possible.
Alternative products
The classic F-04 is highly recommended for walls with a lower thickness. This is suitable for walls with 19 to 27 cm. This model is available in our shop also in <a href=https://www.letterbox24.de/F-04-Mauerdurchwurf-Briefkasten-variable-Tiefe>black or anthracite but also in other RAL colours.
Some wall parts or posts are narrower than 35 cm. It requires a narrower front panel and box. Therefore you will find the F-046 in our assortment. The front panel has a width of 31 cm. The mailbox is 26 cm wide.
